Director of Global Partnerships

Job Summary

Leading a strategic global partnership, the full-time Director of Global Partnerships will drive AI-powered collaboration between ServiceNow and Wipro, focusing on revenue growth, co-innovation, and executive influence in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and accelerate revenue targets through collaborative deal-level efforts with Wipro, driving new business and pipeline expansion
• Embed AI in partnership strategies, replacing manual processes and championing an AI-native operating model
• Design and execute multi-party partnership models and joint business plans that create value across all involved organizations

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading strategic partnerships with large Global System Integrators or enterprise technology firms
• Proven track record in driving innovation and business model transformation within complex organizations
• Experience with multi-directional ecosystem strategies involving hyperscalers and ISVs
• Demonstrated ability to influence and mobilize senior leaders across multiple organizations
• Strong financial acumen with a history of managing multi-million-dollar joint business plans
