Job Summary
To enhance the operational backbone of human capital infrastructure, the full-time remote Director of Global People Operations will design, build, and govern the People Operations function, focusing on automation, compensation architecture, and scalable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of global People Operations to improve scalability, operational leverage, and employee experience
- Drive automation and standardization of HR processes while building infrastructure to support company growth
- Oversee global payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle operations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading global People Operations and Total Rewards in a complex environment
- Deep compensation expertise, including strategy development and annual compensation planning
- Strong experience in HR technology strategy and systems optimization
- Proven ability to simplify complexity and build scalable operational models
- Experience in high-growth or rapidly scaling environments preferred
