Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Quality to lead and unify global quality assurance and control teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the development and execution of a unified global quality strategy
• Oversee the implementation of effective measurement and control systems for quality assurance
• Manage the global quality team, including recruitment, training, and development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• 10+ years of experience in quality management with leadership in global environments
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for consumer and commercial products
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and technology-driven quality management processes
• Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
