Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or Master's degree with 7+ years in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Science, Business, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in clinical trial management, project and portfolio management, or business analytics
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proven experience developing business cases and budgets to support strategic decisions
