Job Summary
Leading the enterprise reliability program, the full-time Director of Global Reliability will manage a global technical training function and oversee approximately 29,000 assets across a network of manufacturing sites and distribution centers, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the ERA Global Reliability Program roadmap, ensuring alignment with ISO 55000 asset management principles
- Lead the development of fleet management strategies for a global portfolio of assets, establishing performance benchmarks and replacement schedules
- Design and deploy condition monitoring programs and govern the CMMS program to ensure data integrity and support reliability KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in reliability engineering or asset management within a manufacturing context
- Proven experience in leading a reliability program at a multi-site or enterprise level, with knowledge of ISO 55000
- Expertise in RCM, condition monitoring technologies, and PM optimization methodologies
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms, particularly MicroMain or equivalent
