Director of Global Strategy

Job Summary

Driving global strategy for K-12 education, the full-time Director of Global Strategy will set the strategic direction for expanding access to computer science and AI learning experiences, build impactful programs and partnerships, and lead a small team, all while working remotely or from Seattle, WA.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement CodeAI's global strategy, setting goals and market approaches to enhance access to CS + AI education
• Build and scale sustainable global programs and partnerships that deliver CodeAI's learning experiences effectively
• Lead and develop the Global team, managing budgets and ensuring consistent execution across the partner ecosystem

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in K-12 education, particularly in AI and computer science
• Proven experience in nonprofit settings with partnerships in education systems and ministries
• Ability to design and scale multifaceted programs across various workstreams
• Track record of building data-driven systems for measuring program effectiveness
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required, along with a willingness to travel for team events
