A company is looking for a Director of Global Talent Acquisition Product & Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and cultural values
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and TA managers across multiple geographies
• Drive operational excellence through recruitment technology and analyze hiring metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruitment experience within Product & Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in designing and executing global TA strategies in high-growth environments
• Experience leading multi-location teams and hiring across diverse functions
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with recruitment tech stacks (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools)
