Job Summary

Leading the transformation of Total Rewards, the full-time salaried Director of Global Total Rewards will provide strategic leadership across Compensation and Benefits, develop an integrated Total Rewards strategy, and build partnerships to enhance employee experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the global Total Rewards function, providing strategic leadership across Compensation and Benefits
  • Develop and evolve an integrated Total Rewards strategy aligned with business priorities and the Employee Value Proposition
  • Build trusted partnerships across People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and AI & Transformation to align Total Rewards with enterprise priorities
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards in a complex organization
  • Broad Total Rewards expertise with demonstrated success in organizational transformation and operational excellence
  • Strong people leadership experience with a passion for developing teams and leading through change
  • Experience leveraging technology, automation, analytics, or AI to improve business outcomes
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
