Director of GLP-1 Program

Job Summary

Driving the execution and operations of the GLP-1 program within the cardiometabolic platform, the full-time remote Director of GLP-1 Program will manage cross-functional coordination, oversee program performance, and implement processes to ensure high-quality scale and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of GLP-1 program initiatives, converting strategy into project plans and timelines
• Coordinate across clinical, commercial, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and progress of GLP-1 program work
• Track and report on program metrics, surfacing risks and opportunities to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in digital health or health technology, with 3-5+ years in program or operations leadership
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs and establish operating routines
• Experience defining and tracking program metrics and communicating insights to senior stakeholders
• Understanding of digital health products and cardiometabolic care programs; familiarity with GLP-1s is a plus
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities with a proactive approach
