Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Go Live!

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer Go-Live initiatives and manage the full Go-Live lifecycle for new and expanding deployments
  • Oversee multiple concurrent implementations, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring predictable delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the executive escalation point for Go-Live risks and customer concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management with a strong track record in complex technology implementations
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners in implementation environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise systems and familiarity with Higher Education IT systems and campus environments
