Job Summary

Leading the growth of Professional Services, the full-time remote Director of Go-To-Market will manage service offerings, collaborate with sales teams, and support partner delivery while overseeing a team of GTM Managers.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and maintain scalable Professional Services offerings and solutions while understanding the competitive landscape
  • Partner with sales and client-facing teams to promote and sell UiPath's services, designing marketing materials and best practices
  • Lead a team of Professional Services GTM Managers, establishing processes to enhance the GTM function
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of client-facing professional services experience in services sales or delivery
  • Strong experience leading services sales and growth teams in an enterprise software environment
  • Proven ability to supervise and inspire teams of 5+ individuals
  • Expert communication skills with VP and CxO level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ownership over outcomes and problem-solving in ambiguous situations
