Job Summary
To shape the future of go-to-market strategies, the full-time remote Director of Go-To-Market Strategy will manage annual and quarterly planning, territory design, and strategic analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing a team of analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning, including market sizing and resource allocation
- Drive quota setting and compensation plan design in partnership with Finance and Sales Leadership
- Build and maintain account stratification frameworks to focus sales efforts on high-value opportunities
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management consulting
- Proven experience in creating GTM frameworks, such as ICP design and quota planning
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides for board-level deliverables
- Strong financial modeling skills across capacity plans and ROI models
- Demonstrated executive presence with experience presenting to board and executive leadership teams
