Job Summary

Driving growth through strategic partnerships, the full-time salaried Director of Google Partnerships will manage DEPT's relationship with Google, oversee compliance with incentive programs, and collaborate across teams to enhance revenue and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage the strategic relationship with Google, developing annual partnership plans
  • Track partnership KPIs, communicate performance to executive leadership, and ensure compliance with Google incentive programs
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration, co-marketing initiatives, and innovation programs to drive revenue growth
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, partnerships, or related fields
  • Direct experience working with Google, including knowledge of Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement and performance analytics
  • Exceptional analytical and executive presentation skills
