Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the security governance and risk management strategy
• Own the security compliance posture and lead security-related audits and assessments
• Manage third-party security risk management and oversee vendor performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in information security, GRC, or risk management
• Experience leading security governance and compliance programs in regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare security requirements
• Experience in a public company or similarly regulated environment
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors providing GRC services
