Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of sales initiatives across U.S. government agencies, the full-time Director of Government Accounts will identify high-value opportunities, strengthen pipeline performance, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that support revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze U.S. government market potential and prioritize agency targets to support growth objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new government opportunities, enhancing pipeline strength and close rates
  • Lead and manage internal sales resources, ensuring effective communication of deal status to key stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Strong background and knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry
  • Experience selling to the federal government, including complex products
  • Demonstrated track record of closing multi-product, multi-year enterprise sales agreements at the agency level
  • Proven ability to develop and manage complex executive sales processes
  • Pre-existing contact base with decision-makers at multiple government agencies
