Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of sales initiatives across U.S. government agencies, the full-time Director of Government Accounts will identify high-value opportunities, strengthen pipeline performance, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that support revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze and quantify U.S. government market potential, prioritizing agency targets through various methods
  • Develop specific sales strategies and business initiatives to achieve growth objectives in government opportunities
  • Lead and manage internal sales and support resources, ensuring effective communication of deal status to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Strong background and knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry
  • Prior or current military experience
  • Experience selling complex products to the federal government
  • Demonstrated track record of closing multi-product, multi-year enterprise sales agreements
  • Pre-existing contact base with clinical and strategic decision-makers at government agencies
