Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of sales initiatives across U.S. government agencies, the full-time Director of Government Accounts will identify high-value opportunities, strengthen pipeline performance, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that support revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and quantify U.S. government market potential, prioritizing agency targets through various methods
- Develop specific sales strategies and business initiatives to achieve growth objectives in government opportunities
- Lead and manage internal sales and support resources, ensuring effective communication of deal status to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Strong background and knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry
- Prior or current military experience
- Experience selling complex products to the federal government
- Demonstrated track record of closing multi-product, multi-year enterprise sales agreements
- Pre-existing contact base with clinical and strategic decision-makers at government agencies
