Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor healthcare legislative trends and develop strategies to address barriers to provider and patient access
- Identify key policy issues and build coalitions with external stakeholders to advance company interests
- Develop internal briefing materials and execute coordination across cross-functional partners regarding genomic/genetic testing policies
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree is required
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in government affairs and policy
- Experience in genomic and genetic testing or the healthcare industry
- Proven track record at both State and Federal government levels
- Experience with industry trade organizations such as ACLA
