Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of government funding opportunities, including RFPs, tenders, and grants
• Build and scale a high-quality, repeatable approach to procurement submissions
• Strengthen how the organization identifies and accesses funding pathways and monitor legislative developments

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience leading public sector procurement, RFPs, or grant funding processes
• Strong understanding of government funding and policy environments
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional submissions under tight timelines
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or public sector environments preferred
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
