Job Summary
To build and lead the company's Government Affairs function globally, the full-time remote Director of Government Affairs will develop and execute strategies that advance business goals, cultivate relationships with government leaders, and educate stakeholders about the company's value to public sector customers.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and lead Procore's Government Affairs function with a primary focus on U.S. federal engagement
- Build relationships with Members of Congress and government officials to advance business objectives and educate policymakers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic narratives and advocacy materials for government stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of U.S. federal political and public policy experience in government or corporate government affairs
- Extensive knowledge of legislative and regulatory processes and their impact on business objectives
- Demonstrated success in building a government affairs function and implementing strategies for market entry
- Strong interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance efficiency and reach
- Experience managing political giving is preferred
