Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Government Contracts (Marketplace Regulatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to support regulatory functions for the Marketplace line of business
• Oversee Federal and State regulatory filings, ensuring timely and quality submissions
• Manage the execution of contracts, amendments, and compliance attestations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience with QHP certification and regulatory requirements
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Knowledge of Federal and State laws governing plans sold on and off exchange
• Comprehensive understanding of Marketplace policies and operations
