Director of Government Pricing

Job Summary

Leading all federally mandated price calculations, the full-time remote Director of Government Pricing will manage Medicaid and Medicare pricing, oversee government rebates and discounts, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead federally mandated price calculations and manage quarterly and annual reporting certifications while ensuring data accuracy
• Oversee processing and payment of government rebates and discounts, including Medicaid and Medicare programs
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, collaborating with legal counsel to interpret guidance and develop compliant contracting language

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA, CPA, or JD preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Minimum of 5+ years focused on statutory Government Pricing calculations and compliance
• Proven experience managing technical analyst teams and handling external audits
• Strong understanding of regulatory risks and the ability to communicate complex information to senior executives
