Job Summary

To enhance career services for graduate students, the full-time salaried Director of Graduate Career Services will develop and implement strategies, oversee career coaching teams, and design workshops while collaborating with faculty and industry partners in Boston, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate career services strategies for Specialty Masters and MBA students
• Supervise career coaching teams and oversee the career development program
• Collaborate with faculty and industry engagement teams to design and deliver the graduate career curriculum

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
• At least 3 years of experience in industry or higher education career services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to drive innovative thinking and demonstrate emotional intelligence
