Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Pre and Post Grant Award Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the pre and post grant award processes, ensuring compliance and financial accountability
  • Oversee the development and implementation of standards and policies for programmatic and research goals
  • Supervise and coach a diverse team of grant professionals while collaborating with leadership to identify funding opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of ten years of leadership experience in grants administration, with at least five years in a supervisory role
  • Experience working with government, corporate, and foundation funders
  • Understanding of proposal elements, including needs assessments and budget narratives
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and funder regulations, including Uniform Guidance
