- Direct strategy, implementation, and management of grantmaking, procurement, and contracting processes
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and organizational policies

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance and procurement requirements
- Significant experience leading multidisciplinary teams and improving cross-functional processes
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- At least eight years of experience in grantmaking, contracting, or community development
- Commitment to the mission and understanding of natural resource issues
