Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Grant and Contract Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct strategy, implementation, and management of grantmaking, procurement, and contracting processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and organizational policies
  • Lead and mentor teams, overseeing training and enhancing operational systems
Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance and procurement requirements
  • Significant experience leading multidisciplinary teams and improving cross-functional processes
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
  • At least eight years of experience in grantmaking, contracting, or community development
  • Commitment to the mission and understanding of natural resource issues
