Director of Grants

Job Summary

To support a growing fundraising initiative, the full-time Director of Grants will manage and write over 75 proposals and grant-related deliverables, collaborate with regional teams to maximize funding, and develop grant strategies while working remotely during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the grant cycle processes, including strategy, drafting, finalizing, and submission for a portfolio of funders
• Collaborate with local Executive Directors and development teams to enhance grant writing services and maximize revenue
• Track deadlines and deliverables in the CRM database while liaising with national and regional teams as needed

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in development and grant writing
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding fundraising goals
• Strong ability to manage a diverse portfolio of institutional donors from both public and private sectors
• Excellent grant writing skills with knowledge of best practices in grant-based fundraising
• Experience managing and writing complex public grants
