• Align design priorities with core initiatives and advocate for design as a business driver

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading large creative teams (20+ designers)
• Strong track record of aligning creative work with business goals
• Expertise in brand systems and cross-channel creative execution
• Experience managing creative operations and workflows at scale
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience in motion or digital design is a plus
