Director of Grassroots Fundraising

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily management and performance monitoring of grassroots fundraising initiatives, the full-time Director of Grassroots Fundraising will execute and expand direct response fundraising efforts while working remotely with minimal travel requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and expansion of direct response fundraising initiatives, including peer-to-peer and workplace giving campaigns
• Manage day-to-day operations of grassroots fundraising programs, ensuring effective implementation and optimization of campaigns
• Monitor and analyze fundraising performance across channels, reporting on donor acquisition, revenue, and campaign effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in digital or grassroots fundraising within nonprofit organizations
• Proven experience executing multi-channel fundraising and engagement campaigns
• Hands-on experience with digital fundraising, advocacy, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting fundraising performance metrics
• Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives
