Director of GRC Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of cybersecurity consultants, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction to assess service effectiveness
• Enhance service delivery strategies and maintain documentation for risk consulting services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• One or more certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent
• At least 7 years' experience as a CISO/vCISO and in compliance audits
• Experience in conducting risk assessments aligned with industry best practices
• At least 3 years' experience consulting for cybersecurity services
• Proven leadership skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
