Director of Grid Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Grid Integration to contribute to renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market and interconnection strategy, focusing on ERCOT rules and large load interconnection processes
• Support project development and execution by managing databases and assessing project requirements
• Represent the company at stakeholder meetings and advocate for large-load grid integration

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project development in energy and data center infrastructure
• Proven track record navigating the TDSP Interconnection Process and ERCOT Market Rules
• Experience leading multiple projects with exemplary execution
• Experience working in high-performing teams and scaling organizations
• Education or degree in Management or Engineering
