Director of Grid Policy
Job Summary
Leading regional and state-level regulatory advocacy, the full-time remote Director of Grid Policy will manage negotiations and policy advocacy on transmission, interconnection, and resource adequacy issues critical to the commercial success of Antora's energy products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead advocacy and negotiations on transmission interconnection and resource adequacy policy issues across multiple RTOs and states
- Represent Antora in RTO stakeholder processes and state legislative engagements
- Develop and drive policy proposals in coordination with clean energy stakeholders and track relevant FERC rulemakings
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in transmission, interconnection, and/or resource adequacy policy
- Demonstrated experience leading advocacy in an RTO, ISO, or FERC proceeding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to political and regulatory audiences
