Job Summary
Leading regulatory advocacy efforts, the remote Director of Grid Policy will manage negotiations on transmission, interconnection, and resource adequacy issues, ensuring favorable treatment for Antora's energy products while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead advocacy and negotiations on transmission interconnection and resource adequacy policies across multiple RTOs and states
- Represent Antora in stakeholder processes, FERC proceedings, and state legislative engagements
- Develop policy proposals and build coalitions with clean energy stakeholders to align interests
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in transmission, interconnection, and/or resource adequacy policy
- Demonstrated experience leading advocacy in RTO, ISO, or FERC proceedings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to political and regulatory audiences
