Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of long-term grocery category strategies aligned with business goals

Qualifications & Technical Knowledge

• 5-7 years of experience in Grocery Category Management, preferably in food, e-commerce, and digital sectors
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing multiple direct reports
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Deep understanding of merchandising and marketing principles related to e-commerce
• Knowledge of industry standards, certifications, and quality control standards
