Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth to lead strategic initiatives for patient acquisition and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to maximize patient acquisition and engagement
• Lead nurturing campaigns and provide sales enablement tools to convert leads into patients
• Establish and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Prior experience as a Senior Manager or higher
• Experience in building in-market and community partnerships
• Limited domestic travel as needed
