Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Growth who will focus on generating new revenue through outbound sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute outbound prospecting sequences to generate meetings and qualified opportunities
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial meetings to signed agreements, including proposal development and presentations
- Manage strategic account relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver winning pitches
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-12 years of total experience, with 2-5 years in full-cycle outbound sales in relevant fields
- Proven track record of closing six-figure deals
- Experience selling to senior marketing and ecommerce leaders
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance optimization concepts
- Strong skills in storytelling, presentation, and navigating procurement cycles
