Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Growth who will focus on generating new revenue through outbound sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute outbound prospecting sequences to generate meetings and qualified opportunities
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial meetings to signed agreements, including proposal development and presentations
  • Manage strategic account relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver winning pitches
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5-12 years of total experience, with 2-5 years in full-cycle outbound sales in relevant fields
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure deals
  • Experience selling to senior marketing and ecommerce leaders
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance optimization concepts
  • Strong skills in storytelling, presentation, and navigating procurement cycles
