Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in growth for ecommerce, DTC, or marketplace businesses
• Hands-on experience with acquisition, activation, or retention programs
• Strong understanding of experimentation and marketing analytics
• Experience operating in complex product catalogs with large SKU counts
• Comfort navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments
