Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own enterprise pipeline generation and build a multi-channel growth engine
  • Design and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise deals
  • Manage GTM systems, data, and attribution to connect campaign activity to revenue outcomes


Required Qualifications
  • 6 to 10+ years in B2B SaaS growth or related enterprise GTM role
  • Proven ownership of enterprise pipeline generation and measurable revenue outcomes
  • Experience with complex organizations and longer sales cycles
  • Strong background in ABM and full-funnel demand generation
  • Familiarity with GTM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
