Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of growth marketing experience with a track record in user or student acquisition
• Experience in running automated digital outreach campaigns to large audiences
• Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics, funnel analysis, and A/B testing
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in growth strategies
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences including students and institutional partners
