Job Summary
Owning the guest acquisition and retention strategy, the full-time Director of Growth will drive performance across all channels and build lifecycle playbooks to scale the Olo Network, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the NYC headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the guest acquisition strategy, including planning, forecasting, and investment decisions
- Activate existing Olo Accounts to generate incremental orders for restaurant partners through various marketing initiatives
- Create and implement a lifecycle program to convert first-time customers into repeat guests, collaborating with Product teams
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or consumer growth strategy, with 3+ years in a senior individual contributor or player-coach role
- Proven success in scaling consumer acquisition through non-paid channels such as partnerships, referrals, and organic strategies
- Extensive experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing, including email, push notifications, and SMS
- Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with experiment design and marketing metrics
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, thrive in ambiguous environments, and operate hands-on to build new initiatives
