Job Summary
To accelerate adoption in a growing blockchain environment, the full-time Director of Growth will develop and execute data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, lead growth experiments, and collaborate across teams to align initiatives with business objectives, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
- Lead growth experiments by designing A/B tests and analyzing results to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and business development teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA
- Proven track record of driving significant growth in a SaaS, PaaS, or Web3 technology company
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for extracting insights and making informed decisions
- Expertise in growth hacking principles, A/B testing methodologies, and user acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with various marketing channels and product development processes
