Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement paid acquisition strategies across various channels
  • Manage media buying systems, including campaign structure and budget allocation
  • Enhance acquisition economics by analyzing metrics such as CAC and ROAS
Required qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience in growth leadership or performance marketing
  • Proven expertise in managing significant paid media budgets across Meta and Google
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance data and attribution models
  • Hands-on mentality with a desire to engage directly in campaign performance
  • Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and improve collaboration
