Job Summary
Leading paid acquisition strategy and performance across a portfolio of DTC wellness brands, the full-time Director of Growth will own growth initiatives on platforms such as Meta and Google, focusing on customer acquisition efficiency and optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid acquisition strategies across various channels
- Manage media buying systems, including campaign structure and budget allocation
- Enhance acquisition economics by analyzing metrics such as CAC and ROAS
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience in growth leadership or performance marketing
- Proven expertise in managing significant paid media budgets across Meta and Google
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance data and attribution models
- Hands-on mentality with a desire to engage directly in campaign performance
- Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and improve collaboration
