Job Summary

Focusing on account-based marketing and strategic prospecting, the full-time remote Director of Growth will drive growth initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client engagement and support the scaling of the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Help build and mature foundational processes and strategies for account-based marketing and sales enablement
  • Own and drive a targeted growth strategy aimed at expanding relationships with health plans and key stakeholders
  • Design and implement tailored engagement plans for high-value prospects, ensuring a customized approach to each client
Required qualifications
  • Experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to follow through
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, particularly in crafting executive-ready materials
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or payor landscape, with a willingness to deepen expertise
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
