Job Summary
To architect and operate a comprehensive growth engine, the full-time salaried Director of Growth will design and manage growth systems, build measurement infrastructure, and drive cross-functional alignment, all while working remotely or in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key responsibilities
- Design and own the full funnel growth architecture, including paid, organic, and partnership strategies
- Instrument the growth funnel and establish data hygiene standards, experimentation frameworks, and reporting infrastructure
- Serve as the DRI for growth, aligning cross-functional teams around clear priorities and maintaining a transparent roadmap
Required qualifications
- Senior, hands-on experience building integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS, preferably in healthtech
- Proficiency in both funnel instrumentation and high-conversion brief writing
- Strong systems instinct for designing usable processes and operating cadences
- Ability to influence without authority and maintain high standards in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated bias toward building and creating solutions when gaps exist
