Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth and Innovation for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze health claims data to understand spending drivers and trends
• Lead a team to identify and develop cost-saving initiatives for clients
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to deliver analytic innovation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in auditing, billing, or coding claims in Payment Integrity
• 3+ years of experience in analyzing claims data and identifying trends
• 4+ years of experience in a high-change environment with tight deadlines
• 3+ years of experience managing people and their development
• Experience with health care analytics and knowledge of CMS rules and billing codes
