Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth and Retention Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support revenue objectives of various distribution funnels
Influence the productivity of revenue generating/retaining associates
Drive initiatives to grow and maintain assets, improve client experiences, increase associate productivity, and ensure leader accountability

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
10 years of leadership and/or revenue production/support
Previous experience with oversight of compliance and/or regulatory activities
Advanced experience with Excel vlookups and pivot tables
FINRA SIE and Series 7 and 24 registrations required
