Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Growth Compensation to provide leadership in compensation modeling and optimize revenue potential for the Growth team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create On-Target-Earning modeling and draft compensation plans for growth team roles
• Track team performance against quotas and provide updates to leadership
• Process monthly commission and bonus payments accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years of experience in compensation-focused roles, including incentive plans
