Job Summary
To lead and evolve the creative growth engine, the full-time remote Director of Growth Creative Strategy will manage performance marketing content operations, develop creative testing frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and evolve performance creative strategy across various acquisition channels
- Develop channel-specific creative roadmaps and optimize creative performance
- Lead creative experimentation initiatives and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of experience driving performance creative for growth-stage DTC brands, preferably in CPG, wellness, or beauty
- Proven track record of scaling spend on Meta and TikTok while maintaining or lowering customer acquisition costs
- Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing in-house creative teams and managing freelance partners
- Fluency in tools such as Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4, and creative software like Premiere and Figma
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive, ownership mentality
