Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Growth & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Development Committee and establish annual talent development strategy for the Sales Division
• Manage internal talent growth initiatives, including talent mapping and succession planning
• Design and oversee onboarding programs and culture initiatives for the Sales Division

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• 8+ years of experience in talent development or related roles
• Experience with large, distributed, or sales-driven teams preferred
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and talent systems
