Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for network development representatives
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials in collaboration with Product Marketing
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field preferred; minimum High School diploma with 10+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or network development training, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong understanding of network development methodologies and contracting processes
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to create engaging training content tailored to various learning styles
