Leading the growth engineering function, the full-time remote Director of Growth Engineering will develop engineering teams, drive AI innovation, and own account scoring models to enhance the platform and automate outbound processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the engineering team responsible for building growth's platform and tooling
- Drive AI innovation to improve efficiency and maintain quality across the organization
- Own and refine account scoring models to prioritize high-intent accounts and optimize outbound automation
Required qualifications
- Engineering leadership experience in growth, platform, or marketing engineering at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to build durable systems, including scoring models and data pipelines
- Strong experience with AI execution and designing self-service systems
- Fluency in data analysis and experimentation methodologies
- Comfort with modern web stacks and automation tools related to scoring and outbound processes
