Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare or high-growth health-tech industry
• Experience in developing and implementing variable compensation plans
• Successful team management experience
