Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare or high-growth health-tech industry
- Experience in developing and implementing variable compensation plans
- Successful team management experience
